This past weekend the St. Anthony's Crew team took to Passaic, NJ to row in the Head of the Passaic regatta.
This was a 4200 meter race against the top competition within the NJ and NY area with competitors such as Fairfield Prep, Row New York, Montclair, Port Rowing and Mountain Lakes. The Boys JV 8 took 5th place out of 16th, missing out on 4th place by 1 second. The Girls JV8 took 3rd place out of 5 and have placed 2nd, 3rd and 3rd all season for our most successful fall season to date. The Girls Novice 8 took 3rd place. The other crews had strong finishes as well, our next regatta will take place in Saratoga Springs, NY at the Head of the Fish regatta on Oct 28/29.
